Bobbili

On the NH no 43 , there is a Junction at Ramabhadrapuram. While coming from Vijayanagaram side the right side road goes to Rayagada ( Orissa ), on this road at a distance or 12 KM from Ramabhadrapuram there is a historical place Bobbli. Before Bobbili town at your left will be APIDC industrial area.

Bobbili Veena

At Gollapalli village nearly 300 houses are there who are engaged in manufacturing of musical instrument known as Veena.

Bobbili Palace

There is a palace located at the center of the town. You can reach Bobbili palace by passing through narrow and busy roads. This palace is quite open to general public and some part is displayed on request and after taking permission from the officials. There are vintage cars kept in garages at one side of the palace. Inside the palace Dussehra festival is celebrated as part of the royal culture of kings. One part of the palace is still used by the royal family who is the present MLA.

Bobbili hotels and bus stand

While coming from Ramabhadrapuram the AP RTC bus stand is located before the main town. Here budget hotels are available. Few more hotels are available inside the old town areas close to palace.
