Thirunelli temple

Thirunelli temple is located at a distance of 13 KM from the Y junction at Thetroad where the other road goes to Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary. The road the temple passes through green belt with dense forest and tall trees.

This is an ancient temple of Lord Vishnu. Accommodation is available close to the temple for the devotees by the temple authority.

Temple closes at 12.30 and opens after 5.30 PM

There are restaurants available near the temple for devotees. This place is considered as Dakshin Kasi ( south Kasi ) so devotees offer Puja to their forefathers after taking bath in Papanasini water fall near the temple.
